We renovated the oldest and largest children hospitals in Greece: Aghia Sophia and Aglaias Kyriakou, providing high-quality care to children from all over the country.
Both hospitals were constructed in the 1940’s, but they have long lacked the fundamental infrastructure and services. This created a bleak environment that was detrimental to the mental health of patients and their relatives.
Our goals were clear:
• Ensure that essential nursing units and clinics were upgraded operationally and technically, while also increasing bed space.
• Create a welcoming and comforting therapeutic environment to positively impact the mental health of patients and their relatives
We are immensely proud of the strides that have been made in the hospitals and the impact we have had on the lives of those requiring these services.
